Windows 7 Laptop, deleted a document ? Please Help!?

If its not in the recycle and if you click on Recent Documents and it doesn't show up then you erased it and emptied the recycle bin, unless you saved it to removable media that is not there now. If you have the printed document just retype it. Should only take a few minutes to just copy what you have already typed.
