Is this enough to eat?
You know, this is a pretty good list of food - pretty much all of it is healthy. You're doing REALLY good by eating frequently through the day, small amounts, and you're getting a reasonable amount of produce. It is also excellent that you're having a good meal in the morning - the most important meal of the day!! With the cream cheese, peanut butter milkshake, butter and cheese, you might be getting enough protein as well (very important for growing bones, healthy hair, teeth, etc.). It looks pretty good to me. Maybe just a bit short on quantity, but the quality is excellent! I think you should consider boosting up your lunch a bit. Maybe some whole grain crackers and cheese?
