W2 got lost in mail can a tax company(h&r block jackson hewitt)look it up and find it online for me?

Employer givig me the run a round and acting like they dont wanna just reprint my w2 tried to do it myself but manager said they didnt have the password and i tried everything now it wont let me even try to set up an account.irs wont have 2010 w2s till june....need to file asap!
