Remove printer ink from paper?

hi how do i remove printer ink from a piece of paper which im not able to reprint so i need it to be removed. i don't know what type of ink or even paper it is (although it is black) and paper is one of those formal papers with lines and patterns in background...is it at all possible. if you could tell me how to check the paper type and ink then i could find out and repost this if thats easier
