How to get store coupons from stores like forever 21?

I'm a teenager and I <3 shopping....but when I go shopping I use MY OWN money. Do u know any good stores that could email me coupons,discounts,ect. Some of the stores I shop at are forever 21, Papya,ect. Stores like that(places teenagers would shop). I'm really into floral print, sophisticated style, and always keeping up with the latest trend.
