How many pictures should be in an acting porfolio?

i have an audition with an agent on july 12th. this is a huge agency and a huge deal. all they want now is one 8x10 photo however how many do agents want if you get signed. if they are constantly sending them out to producers and stuff and directors will i have to constantly pay for reprints? im new to this so THANKS :)
