License suspended help !?

my license got suspended last year april 9th, because i was driving without insurance and involved in an accident. They said it would be suspended for a year or until insurance was purchased.We purchased insurance, do you know if i can get a reprint license now that we have insurance, or do i have to pay for the damage involved first ? I need my license so i can get a job, and i cant get a regular i.d
