Can you reprint a paper on a copy machine that originally was ran off a month ago. does it store old images?

Typically, not. Copiers don't save the images/documents you printed, they simply make copies of them. Like the other answer said, if you had scanned it to a flash drive or a memory card you could have there as a PDF or other format, but assuming you didn't, then no. You can re-print things from the computer if you had saved it there too. Sorry.
