REPRINT A LABEL FOR SHIPPING WHEN USING PAYPAL?

Alright, I made a UPS shipping label using paypal. I paid for it and everything, and then when i tried to print it, there was an electricity shortage, and my internet turned off, and I lost the label. now, whenever i try to reprint it, its trying to charge me again. how can i reprint my label!?
