When should I expect a deal for the HTC Sensation to come around at Costco/Sam's Club/discount retailer?

I want the new T-mobile HTC Sensation, but want to wait until a deal comes by (i.e. you could find the mytouch 4G at costco for free with 2-year contract about 2 months after the phone was released). Does anyone know when would be a good time to check back to Costco/Sam's Club for a deal on the HTC Sensation?
