How to contact Simon (editor of the Necronomicon) or Schlangekraft Publishing?

I have been an avid researcher of the Simon Necronomicon, as some call it, for years. I bought a copy of the recently released limited edition and was very pleased until I realized that there was a MAJOR mistake. On the page where the Eastern Gate should be, there was a reprint of the Western Gate, which appears on the previous page. I paid a lot of money for the book, and am otherwise pleased, but this typo seriously cramps my usage of the book, for I repeatedly have to refer to my paperback edition copy the Eastern Gate. I simply wish to let Simon and/or his publisher know that my edition has a major error and see if I might have my issue resolved. Does anyone know how I can do this?
