When did the Liggett drug co. reprint ,the unanimous deliaration of the thirteen united states of america?

i have this old parchment print of this. it has raised letters printed from a copper plate. the liggett drug co is printed at the botton.the parchment is old and crumbly.thank for your help TONY M.
