Legally change name in Quebec?

I married in Ontario, and legally changed my last name to my husbands (I did not assume his last name, I actually did the full name change so my birth certificate was reprinted) - we are now moving to Quebec and our notary said that our property has to be registered in my maiden name and I will have to change all my identity cards etc back to my maiden name. Is there any way that I can legally change/keep my last name as my husbands in Quebec? I'd really appreciate any help on this!!!!
