How do you handle rude for absolutely no reason customers?
I have NEVER had a customer this rude. I took off every hanger of her clothes then she decides to say 'Put those on I want those'. Then I simply asked was it debit or credit she asked 'does it matter' I said yes can I see you driver's license, she took a while so I got a bag to put her clothes in meanwhile she's going 'HERE HERE' shoving her ID in my face. Then my printer was jammed so I asked for a manager to reprint, this woman turns and yells to someone else with her 'THIS GIRL IS TAKING HALF AN HOUR TO PRINT A RECEIPT'. I honestly wanted to curse her out I'm the type where it's best for me to be silent because if I said something I would've lost my job and possibly caught a charge for beating her ***. Now I feel so angry because I DIDN'T say anything when I'm so used to saying or doing something. How do you guys handle people like this?
