Well, OF COURSE HE LIKES YOU! if a guy keeps staring at you and gives you discounts and not other girls it obviously means your different. e likes you and you need to build up the courage to make more conversation with him, be confident and not shy all the time love, i bet your a beautiful girl and i bet he thinks you are too! :)
