So i found this comic book called first edition of superman 1938. Need to know if this is a reprint or not?

It's a reprint. Anything called first edition is going to be a dead give away that it was not, a first edition of something published back in 1938. There should be a place somewhere inside of the comic book, usually at the bottom of the first or last page, that will say when the comic was published.
