Insurance paint repair question?

i have a 07 silverado 3500 and it got keyed all the way around it and it happened about a year ago i was wondering if i was to turn that into the insurance if the would reprint the whole truck or just repair the scratch and there is other paint chips that just happened over time so if they reprint it if they would charge extra for that cuz it wasn't part of the accident and i think the deductible is 750 thanks
