Baby toe nail ripped off?

About a month ago I was running down my hall and ran into my vacuum. I hit my little nail and it started bleeding like.crazy. it hurt terribly for about a week, and then I had no problems. Then, a few weeks later when I reprinted my toe nails I found.out that my toe was detached and only holding on to my skin through the root. Over the next two weeks it got looser and ickier. Today it got so bad that I ripped it off.:/ I couldn't feel anything but I'm worried about how it may grow back...I don't know if it will..so I was hoping someone had an answer..
