Why is paperlessemployee.com mailing out tax statements if we've registered before the cut off date?

Me and everyone at my company who registered had their forms mailed out our payroll company can't do anything and no one has contact info for paperlessemployee.com why do we have to wait for reprints or for them to be sent back to view online if we received confirmation that stated nothing would be mailed out
